Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are Non-refundable
• Cancellation 48 before the cruise time may receive a credit in the form of an eGift card.
• No-shows and cancellations after the cutoff time will not receive a credit or a refund.

Cancellations due to rain or high wind or any other unforeseen circumstance by The Gondola Company are eligible for a full refund.

Mandolin Player – $100

Upgrade any two person cruise package by adding a professional mandolin player. The mandolin player will play traditional Italian songs during the cruise. The mandolin player does not sing while playing. Payment for the upgrade of $100 is required at the time of reservation to secure the musician and is nontransferable and nonrefundable. An upgrade to the music cruise must be done by phone or email.

Professional Singer Gondolier – $100

Upgrade any cruise package by adding a professional singing gondolier. The gondolier will sing six Italian songs a cappella as well as with background music. Payment for the upgrade of $100 is required at the time of reservation to secure the singer and is nontransferable and nonrefundable. An upgrade to the singing gondolier cruise must be done by phone or email.

Valentino Proposal Package – $895 per couple
